Truke advises municipalities and other authorities, schools, hospitals, project developers, contractors and consultants.

Truke deals with (the contracting in relation to) area development, project development, procurement law, state aid law and construction law. Her expertise ranges from conducting negotiations to advising on legal design and recording agreements made in contracts.

Truke has specialised in real estate law, first in the real estate section of Landwell Advocaten (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal services) and then in the Real Estate Practice Group of Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam. She has extensive experience with specific legislation and regulations that apply to government bodies (e.g. with regard to tenders, state aid, cost recovery, the Municipalities Preferential Rights Act, the Common Regulations Act, etc.) and with the development and realisation of real estate projects: development of buildings or area development, shopping centres, stadiums and combination projects and projects for schools and hospitals.

Truke has registered the following areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association:

• Tender law

This registration obliges him to earn ten training points each calendar year in each registered area of law according to the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
