Areas of interest
Truke advises and litigates for public authorities, non-profit organisations, property owners and developers on the civil law aspects of project and area development and the purchase and sale of real estate. Truke is frequently involved in negotiating area and project development and recording the agreements made in (anterior) agreements. She has extensive experience with specific laws and regulations applicable to public authorities (e.g. on anterior agreements and cost recovery, tenders, Didam, state aid) and with the development and realisation of large-scale real estate projects, including large-scale housing and area development, shopping centres, stadiums, combinationprojects and projects for schools and care institutions.

Truke has registered the following areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association:

- Tender law
This registration obliges him to earn ten training points each calendar year in each registered area of law according to the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
Details
Truke studied Dutch law in Groningen. After graduating, she specialised in real estate law, first at the real estate section of Landwell Advocaten (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal services) and then since 2001 at the Real Estate Practice Group of Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam. Truke was one of the founders of Stijl Advocaten in 2006.

Truke is a member of the Construction Lawyers Association (VBR-A), the Construction Law Association (VBR) and the Dutch Association for Procurement Law.
