Adriaan has a broad real estate practice and advises Dutch and international clients on commercial real estate transactions, project development, tenancy law and construction law. He also regular advises on corporate law matters, joint ventures and investment structures and general real estate issues.

Adriaan has wide experience in the field of real estate transactions (sale/purchase, sale and lease back, lease, project development and W&I insurances) and has an excellent understanding of the commercial interests of the involved parties. He is interested in all legal matters that relate to real estate and also regularly advises on corporate law matters, joint ventures and investment structures. Furthermore, he follows the developments in architecture, urban development, mobility and sustainability.

Adriaan has registered the following areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association:

– Real estate law / Construction law
– Corporate law

This registration obliges him to earn ten training points in each registered area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.

Adriaan graduated from Leiden University in 2013 and previously worked at the corporate and real estate practices of Loyens & Loeff and TaylorWessing. Adriaan also gained experience as in-house lawyer at one of the leading Dutch project and area developers.
