Real estate & area development
Area development is our daily work. We advise and litigate on many types of agreements: cooperation, realisation, land issue and anterior agreements, (turnkey) purchase agreements, (turnkey) building contracts, integrated contracts, architects’ and consultants’ agreements and rental agreements.
We also advise and litigate on spatial planning issues in the case of area developments.
Real estate & area development
We are a strategic sparring partner for our clients and think along with our clients about transformations, sustainability issues and legislation and current developments in that respect. We have experience in supervising projects and drafting contracts in the field of alternative energy, wind farms, power plants, solar panels and more.
We also set up joint ventures between the property parties involved and conduct due diligence investigations.
We also advise on (possible) state aid and procurement law issues. We assist contracting parties in the design and execution of tender procedures – from public and restricted to ‘competitive dialogues’ – and advise tenderers on their tenders and tender results.
We do all this as an advisor to (semi) public parties – municipalities, provinces, housing corporations, care institutions, school boards – and private parties, such as (delegated) developers, contractors, investors and advisors.
