Laura focuses especially on procedural law.
Laura is active in the civil real estate practice and focuses, amongst others, on (providing advice and taking legal action, related to) area development, project development, construction law, sale/purchase of real estate and rentals. She focuses especially on procedural law. Furthermore, Laura focuses on professional liability of professional service providers, including notaries, (real estate) agents and lawyers. In this context, Laura litigates, both in civil-law and disciplinary cases.
In 2012, Laura obtained her Master private law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In the same year, she was sworn in as an attorney and worked for a large law firm in the field of general real estate and professional liability.
Laura has registered the following legal areas in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar:
– Real estate law / Construction law
– Tenancy law
According to the standards of the Netherlands Bar the registration obliges her to obtain ten training credits per year in each of the registered legal areas.
Laura is member of the Vereniging van Jong Onroerend goed Juristen (Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers), Young ULI and the Dutch Association for Young attorneys.
