Emma litigates and negotiates in the fields of area and project development, purchase/sale of real property, construction law and rent law.
Emma works with STIJL Advocaten since January 2017. Prior to joining STIJL Advocaten she has worked as a legal executive for an international company and as a legal assistant for a specialized real estate law firm.
Emma is active in the civil real estate practice and focuses, amongst others, on (providing advice and taking legal action, related to) area development, project development, sale/purchase of real estate, construction law and rentals. Furthermore, she focuses on professional liability of professional service providers, including notaries, (real estate) agents and lawyers.
In 2014, Emma obtained her Masters of Law Degree in Civil Law and Criminal Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In addition to her degree, she completed a number of internships and she has worked for a couple years for a midsized law firm. During her studies, Emma played hockey at a high level.
