Roos specialises in civil real estate law and general contract law.
Areas of interest
Roos litigates and advises in the field of professional liability of professional service providers. She works on behalf of insurers and their insureds. This usually involves assisting notaries, lawyers, architects, real estate agents and tax advisers. Roos also works in the civil real estate practice, where she focuses, among other things, on advising and litigating on area and project development and the purchase and sale of real estate.

Roos has registered the following areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association:
- Real estate law / Construction law
- Contract law
This registration obliges her to earn ten training points in each registered area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
Details
Roos obtained her masters in criminal law and private law from the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she completed internships at the public prosecutor’s office and at a large law firm in Curaçao and worked as a legal assistant at a medium-sized law firm in Amsterdam. Roos has been working as a lawyer in the field of civil construction law, general contract law and liability law since 2018. She has been an attorney at Stijl Advocaten since 1 September 2024.
