Alexander specialises in civil construction and property law, with a focus on project development, transactions and sustainability.
Areas of interest
Alexander works in civil real estate practice, where he advises, litigates and contracts on construction law, area development, project development, purchase/sale of real estate, real estate-related corporate law, tenancy law, procurement law, attachment and enforcement law, and financing and securities. Alexander assists both clients, including project developers, housing associations and government bodies, and contractors in (large-scale) civil law disputes.
Alexander’s practice focuses on sustainability and energy transition. He is particularly interested in heating projects, sustainable project development, grid congestion and other areas related to the above.
Registrations
Alexander has registered the following areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association:
- Real estate law / Construction law
This registration obliges her to earn ten training points in each registered area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
Details
Alexander obtained his Master’s degree in Business Law from Radboud University. He also holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Strategic Management. This enables him to contribute to solutions for clients in both legal and strategic areas. His broader perspective on complex (sustainability) issues makes him a valuable addition to any case. Alexander previously worked in the real estate practice of a large law firm in Amsterdam’s Zuidas business district. Alexander is a member of the Association for Young Real Estate Lawyers and FRESH Professionals.
